SFASA Climbing Party in Belmont

Please register by November 12. If space is available after that then siblings are welcome to register too.

When: Saturday, November 15, 2025, 11am-1pm

What: Climbing event that will be led by experienced staff at a 1:5 ratio. This includes a brief overview when participants arrive, safety skills, and instructions of rope and/or boulder climbing. Shoes and harnesses provided.

Where: Movement Gym, 100 El Camino Real, Belmont

Who can climb: Ages 6+ only. Climbers also must be able to communicate sufficiently and function at a 1:5 ratio, to reduce risk and prevent them from putting themselves or others in danger (running under climbers/belayers/swinging on ropes). Parents must be onhand to provide additional support for the climber if they need time away from the group or someone familiar nearby to feel comfortable.
If the event does not fill up with special-needs climbers by November 12, you may register siblings as well.

Cost and registration: $20 per climber, must register at SFAutismSociety.org. No cost for parents or other caregivers.
